October - Annual Doggy Dip Coming Soon! 💦🐶
Get ready for the most paw-some event of the year! We are so excited to announce the return of our annual Doggy Dip Weekend! This is the one time of year our four-legged residents get full access to take over the rooftop pool for the ultimate splash party. Seeing our community pups dive in, make new friends, and enjoy the water is an absolute blast!
This is easily one of our most popular events, so stay tuned—we are finalizing the exact date and time and will share all the details soon!

This spectacle draws world-class artists, puppeteers, dancers, and cultural organizations from every neighborhood for a magical evening of glowing floats, dramatic costumes, and spectacular performances under the city lights. It's completely free to attend and the ultimate way to celebrate spooky season with Chicago’s best creative community!

🐾Marlowe has a new reigning VIP (Very Important Pet), and his name is Pancho! Serving pure main character energy from the moment he walks into a room, Pancho is equal parts sweet and sassy. He loves a good cuddle session, though he is equally content quietly judging your life choices while masterminding his next scheme to land a snack. When it comes to his prized possessions, nothing tops his beloved stuffed frog—a childhood comfort toy he has cherished ever since his baby kitten days. If you really want to win over his heart, though, the secret is Nulo Purees, which stand as his absolute favorite, non-negotiable treat. On warm, sunny days, you can usually find him soaking up the rays in his favorite spot out on the patio. Every now and then, he will even try to make a break for it and run alongside the community dogs, fully convinced in his heart that he is an adventurous outdoor pup himself. Be sure to give Pancho a warm wave (or offer a puree) the next time you spot this icon lounging around the community!
