What a fantastic turnout! Thank you to everyone who joined us inside the beautiful new Illy Caffè space to celebrate their official opening here at Marlowe Chicago.
The energy was unmatched as neighbors mixed and mingled, raising a glass to our newest building addition. We loved seeing everyone connecting over delicious drinks, bites, and great conversation in such a cozy setting.

Everyone who works at the building is great, especially Sharon at the front desk! She is always so friendly and welcoming, her biggest fan is our dog Franklin, who will never pass up an opportunity to say hello to her!!
Alex, the building manager, is also amazing to work with, super responsive, and accommodating!
And maintenance requests are always fixed immediately! We love the community spaces, especially the rooftop pool and gym. And the automatic curtains are our favorite in-unit amenity. Would definitely recommend the Marlow to anyone interested."
