Summer Pool Party

Residents joined us on the pool deck for an afternoon of music, drinks, prizes, and skyline views. The weather showed up, the DJ kept the energy going, and the vibes were exactly what summer at Marlowe is all about.

4th of July Celebration at Navy Pier
The Big Two Fifty!
Living at Marlowe Apartments, you are perfectly positioned in River North to experience the very best of Chicago’s Independence Day energy. This year’s main event is the massive 4th of July celebration at Navy Pier, which is set to host the largest and longest fireworks display in its history—a spectacular 15-minute show fully choreographed to music to celebrate America's 250th anniversary. While residents can comfortably skip the heavy crowds and enjoy a beautiful glimpse of the illuminated skyline right from Marlowe's cozy rooftop fire pit lounge, those wanting a front-row view can easily head down to the lakefront. For an active daytime vibe before the evening show, stroll along the nearby Chicago Riverwalk to grab a cold drink, or secure a spot at nearby public viewing gems like Ohio Street Beach or Milton Lee Olive Park for a fantastic, open-air perspective of the sparks over Lake Michigan.

North Coast Summer Digital Food Drive
North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29th to July 29th, helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At Marlowe, donations will benefit Feed My Starving Children , providing critical resources to families throughout Chicago. Every dollar donated can provide nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.

We are thrilled to introduce this month's featured furry resident, the sweet and adorable Sugar Plum!
Fun Fact: Sugar Plum gets her festive name from the iconic Nutcracker character because her family adopted her right around the Christmas season! She’s been bringing holiday-level joy to our community ever since.
Be sure to give Sugar Plum a warm hello and some extra head scratches the next time you see her strolling around the building!
